Check-in
Generate Guest room keys automatically from the Key card system encoder during check-in. Guest information like room number, check-in and checkout dates which are required for the Key card system to activate will be sent by PMS during check-in.
Special Access Rights
Guest keys can be generated by giving additional access to special areas. Room keys can not only grant access to guest room but also to special areas like executive floor and parking area access.

Checkout
Guest keys will be invalidated upon checkout. All access rights to the room and other special areas using the key are deactivated.
