This paper examines the performance and workload test results for a hyper-converged infrastructure in a View virtualized desktop environment in VMware Horizon 6. Specifically, tests were carried out with Login VSI workloads and View operations tests on a deployment of 250 linked-clone virtual desktops on Supermicro 2U TwinPro2 servers with Horizon 6. Testing also included application delivery with VMware App Volumes AppStacks. The results validated hyper-converged infrastructure performance with View in Horizon 6 version 6.2 and App Volumes for 250 linked-clone virtual desktops.
